Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov is an American actor best known for her starring role as Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama on television Awkward in 2011. Tarlov who is the youngest of two daughters, was raised and born within Manhattan, New York. Her career began at the age of 10 as Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was very well received by the seventh graders. In the summer, she was a student at NYU Tisch as well as the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She studied a variety of styles of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company is where she also studied. In the LAByrinth Theater, master class, Molly had the ability to combine writing with acting. Molly traded in her black winter coat for a pair of black sunglasses and headed to Los Angeles. It wasn't long before she was cast as a 3-word character on iCarly that attracted the interest by her parents. In the years since, she's made many television appearances. Most recently, she was a creation of Caitlin's character on Winnie Woodman, as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC Family series Huge. Molly loves to pretend that she's a great basketball player despite the fact that it's far from true. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
