Andressa Urach

Andressa Urach, then aged 15 when she started with Tiago Costa at the age of 15 and began dating Tiago. Following three months romance, they went to live together in his house. Arthur Urach Costa was born in May of 2005. They split after six years of marriage because of differences. Andressa Urach moved into her mother's house in order to stay with her sole child. After the separation of six months, she lost her job, and later decided to take her son with his father in search of an opportunity to live a more fulfilling life in Sao Paulo however, being highly ambitious and self-centered, the main reason she left her home in the South was to be successful and wealthy. Andressa Urach writes in her memoir Morri Para Viver about her experience of sexual assault from her foster father that occurred between the ages of two and eight. Andressa was able to rid herself of the trauma since her foster mom caught Andressa in the act. Andressa moved back to live with his mother and she didn't know anything about it until Andressa made public her memoir. In interviews with her, she showed that the task was unattainable for her prior to her change of heart. Forgiveness of her victim was something she believed to be was impossible. This was one of the hardest decisions I've made in my entire life. I contacted the man I had been sexually abused by. The decision wasn't easy. After several prayers and the vows to fast, I contacted him to say that I had forgave and I even asked forgiveness. But I did ask forgiveness and did not justify my actions. Mariste Urach describes in a video interview with Globo about how she felt when she learned of the abuse that her daughter suffered. Urach travelled to the city where the pedophile lives within the interior of Rio Grande do Sul willing to take on the pedophile.
